How long does a typical home addition take?

Most additions run 8 to 16 weeks of active construction, depending on size and whether a second story is involved. We give you a written schedule before we start.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We pull every permit, schedule every inspection, and make sure your addition meets local zoning and current NJ code. You sign nothing at the township office.

Will the addition blend with my existing house?

That is the standard, not a bonus. We match siding, roof line, trim, and windows so the new space looks like it was always there. You approve the look in 3D before we build.

Do you involve a structural engineer for second-story additions?

Always. Any second-story or load-bearing addition gets a licensed structural engineer review. That keeps the foundation, framing, and roof system safe and code-compliant.
